CDW is seeking a Delivery Manager – Customer Experience (CX) to lead professional services delivery within an assigned region, partnering with Sales, Solution Architects, and Services teams to ensure successful delivery and client outcomes. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage performance, and balance utilization with profitability, while building relationships with partners, account managers, and executives.

Travel to client locations may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required with 7+ or 11 years of enterprise tech delivery and leadership.
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise technology solutions.
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
