Job summary

Staff Perm is seeking a dedicated Customer Experience (CX) Project Manager to lead the implementation of innovative customer-facing solutions and ensure project success from start to finish.

This onsite contract role in Richardson, TX requires 5+ years in CX project management with CRM and Self-Service Portals experience, strong budgeting and communication skills, and proficiency in PM tools like Asana, Trello, or MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience leading CX solutions.
• 5+ years delivering CX initiatives (CRM, self-service portals).
• Strong knowledge of PM and agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficient with PM software (Asana, Trello, MS Project) and collaboration tools.
• Experience with budget management and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet requirements and deadlines.
• Identify and manage risks and issues to minimize disruptions.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders at all levels.
• Lead kickoff meetings, status updates, and steering committee reviews.
• Resolve challenges during project execution.
