Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience leading CX solutions such as CRM and Self-Service Portals.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficient in PM tools (Asana, Trello, MS Project) and budgeting/financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
