Job summary

Foundever is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee first-line supervisors and a team of customer service representatives in Fayetteville, NC. You will drive service quality, client satisfaction and financial metrics on site while mentoring the supervisory team and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

The role requires at least two years of supervisory experience and a four-year degree in business management or equivalent. Base pay up to $67,000 per year with standard employment terms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of directly related experience in a customer support environment.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience preferred.
• Background as product specialist, technical support agent or customer service advisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to meet and exceed client and corporate service; quality and KPI goals.
• Direct recruitment, induction and ongoing skills development for direct reports.
• Manage multiple teams and client relationships at an operational level.
• Ensure PEAKOS metrics are achieved and actions taken to address shortfalls.
• Prepare and present data for monthly performance reviews.
