Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Reliable transportation and schedule flexibility.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basis.
• Operate cash register and manage cash handling, record keeping and related paperwork.
• Train, coach, and hold employees accountable.
• Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain store health and safety, inventory, cleanliness and compliance with policies.
• Supervise cashiers and assist with sales transactions as needed.
• Oversee store operations including stocking, reporting and vendor check-ins.
