Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, or equivalent.
• 5–8+ years of IT project, program, or delivery management.
• Experience working with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Data governance experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate without formal authority.
• Excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of IT initiatives with stakeholders.
• Facilitate governance appropriate to informal project management culture.
• Coordinate delivery across application, data, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
• Track milestones, risks, and decisions; remove blockers; escalate when needed.
• Produce executive-ready status updates on progress and value delivery.
• Partner with business and IT leaders for solutions rollout and adoption.
• Document roles, responsibilities, and process changes as part of delivery.
• Design scalable delivery processes, templates, and playbooks.
