Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Cardiovascular OR RN at St. Mary’s Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, CO. You will join our surgical services team, delivering safe, high-quality care to patients undergoing procedures in the CVOR.

The role requires a BSN, Colorado RN (or compact) license, and active BLS; ACLS/NRP/PALS may be required. Expect 10-hour shifts, on-call, with nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited program.
• Current Colorado RN license or compact license.
• Current BLS certification (ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate).
• 1+ year Cardiothoracic nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recognize and address patients’ psychological and physical needs.
• Foster continuity and quality of care with patient and family well-being in mind.
• Assess a patient’s medical status on admission.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
