Job summary

Intermountain Health's St. Mary’s Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, CO, seeks a Cardiovascular OR RN to deliver safe, high-quality cardiothoracic care in the operating room.

You’ll collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists and nurses to coordinate patient care throughout procedures. The ideal candidate holds a BSN, Colorado RN or compact license, and CPR/BLS certification, with at least one year of CVOR experience.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited program.
• Colorado RN license or compact license.
• Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association (ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate).

Responsibilities

• Provide CVOR nursing care in the operating room.
• Assess patient medical status on admission and develop care plans.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists and staff to coordinate care.
• Document care and outcomes per guidelines.
