Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited program.
• Current Colorado RN license or compact license.
• Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association (within 60 days).
• At least one year of Cardiothoracic nursing experience preferred.

• Recognize and address patients’ psychological and physical needs
• Foster continuity and quality of care for patients and their families
• Assess a patient's medical status upon admission
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines
