Mercy is seeking a registered nurse to provide patient care within the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework. You will coordinate patient care with the surgical team and collaborate with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.

Minimum requirements include an RN license (compact if applicable) and graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN/ Diploma/ BSN). BLS is required or to be completed within 30 days of hire.

Formación

• Graduate from a school of nursing with ADN, Diploma, or BSN.
• Maintain a current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• Six months OR experience; proficient in Level I nursing requirements.
• BLS certification or completion within 30 days of hire.
• Unit-specific certifications may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care using Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with the surgical team and other departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of information.
• Uphold Mercy Service Standards and professional accountability.
