Job summary

Mercy is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to provide patient care within the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework. This role involves coordinating care with the surgical team and other departments while upholding patient rights and confidentiality in line with Mercy standards.

Minimum requirements include graduation from a nursing program (ADN/ Diploma/ BSN), an active RN license (state or compact), and six months of OR experience.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Maintain a current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Six months OR experience; proficient in Level I requirements.
• Certifications may be required based on position/unit (see list).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with the surgical team and other departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality; adhere to Mercy Service Standards.
