Job summary

IU Health is seeking upcoming or recent nurse graduates for Operating Room roles in Indiana. The program includes perioperative training, scrub and circulate experience, and two shift options with a $30,000 sign-on for part-time and full-time roles.

Applicants must have RN licensure in Indiana and BLS; BSN preferred, with potential ACLS/ALS based on unit policy. Opportunities include Magnet-designated OR services and a path to advanced practice through interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Requires ASN; BSN preferred.
• Current Indiana RN license.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/ALS as unit policy may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care in the OR.
• Scrub and circulate as OR nurse.
• Participate in OR orientation and Perioperative 101 training.
