IU Health offers an OR Fellowship Program to guide new graduate nurses from student roles to professional operating room care. You will scrub and circulate under supervision, participate in Perioperative 101, and develop clinical skills while pursuing growth in a Magnet-designated environment.

Shifts are Days with some on-call; orientation is bi-weekly for those with OR experience, with opportunities for cross-training and professional development within IU Health’s comprehensive benefits

Formación

• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Current Indiana RN license.
• Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• ACLS or other advanced life support may be required per unit.

Responsabilidades

• Scrub and circulate in the operating room.
• Participate in Perioperative 101 and ongoing clinical development.
• Support OR team with patient care and safety during shifts.
• Engage in bi-weekly orientations for OR experienced nurses.
