Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking passionate registered nurses to join our operating room team across multiple shifts. A $30,000 sign-on bonus is available through 9/30/2026, and Special Weekend Premium Pay is eligible for eligible roles.

The OR is fast-paced and requires teamwork and strong critical thinking. Candidates must have an Indiana RN license and graduate from an accredited nursing program (ASN required; BSN preferred).

Qualifications

• Requires ASN; BSN preferred.
• Indiana RN license required.
• BLS certification through AHA required.
• Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit.

Responsibilities

• OR experience required; CVOR experience preferred.
• Work as circulator and scrub nurse in OR.
• Collaborate with anesthesia and surgical teams to optimize patient outcomes.
