Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC in Great Falls, Montana is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) on a full-time, on-site basis. The role supports high-acuity cardiovascular patients with advanced monitoring and life-support equipment, with a focus on teamwork and patient safety.

The position features a 3x12s schedule (days), competitive benefits including health/dental/vision, retirement plan with employer matching, and paid malpractice insurance.

Qualifications

• RN with post-graduate ICU nursing experience in CVICU.
• Active Montana RN license or eligibility for endorsement.
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS within 6 months of hire.
• 2+ years in Cardiac ICU or cardiovascular surgery setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality direct clinical care for medical, surgical, and cardiovascular patients.
• Operate advanced cardiac and life-support equipment (ventilators, CRRT, central/arterial lines).
• Monitor patients using advanced cardiac devices (IABP, Impella).
• Serve as clinical floor leader, guiding RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and staff.
