Your Talent Team is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) in Great Falls, MT. This full-time, on-site position offers 3x12s days with strong nurse-to-patient ratios and a focus on advanced cardiovascular care.

Responsibilities include direct clinical care from admission to discharge, managing CRRT and life-support devices, and leading the floor team. Requires ADN with Montana RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and PALS within 6 months; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Active RN license in Montana (or eligibility/compact).
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS within 6 months; EPNC/TNCC preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality direct clinical care to medical, surgical, and cardiovascular patients with advanced monitoring.
• Operate and monitor advanced cardiac and life-support equipment (ventilators, CRRT, lines).
• Monitor patients with cardiac devices (IABP, Impella) and manage therapies.
• Serve as a clinical leader on the floor, guiding RNs, LPNs, CNAs and staff.
