Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. in Great Falls, Montana is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU). You will provide direct clinical care to cardiovascular patients and support a high-quality nursing team on days, 3x12s, on-site.

The role requires an ADN with Montana RN licensure (BSN preferred), BLS/ACLS (PALS within 6 months), and prior CVICU/CCU experience. A $25,000 retention bonus and comprehensive benefits accompany strong nurse-to-patient

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Active, unrestricted RN license in Montana or immediate compact/endorsement eligibility.
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS within 6 months; EPNC and TNCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical care to medical, surgical, and cardiovascular patients requiring advanced monitoring.
• Operate and monitor advanced cardiac life-support equipment including ventilators, CRRT, central/arterial lines.
• Monitor patients with IABP/Impella devices and manage cardiovascular therapies.
• Serve as clinical leader on the floor, guiding RNs, LPNs and CNAs.
• Collaborate with Providers and nurse leadership on evidence-based care plans and discharge planning.
• Maintain meticulous electronic documentation of patient status and outcomes.
