Accounting Search is partnering with a premier Montana hospital to recruit a Registered Nurse for the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) in Great Falls. This full-time, on-site role follows a 3x12s day schedule with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

The RN will deliver high-acuity care, manage life-support equipment, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Montana licensure and BLS/ACLS are required; PALS within 6 months.

Formación

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program; ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Active Montana RN license or eligibility for compact/endorsement.
• Core certifications in BLS and ACLS; PALS within 6 months; EPNC/TNCC preferred.
• 1–2 years of post-graduate ICU/medical-surgical or cardiac surgery nursing.
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct clinical care to medical, surgical, and cardiovascular patients with advanced monitoring from admission to discharge.
• Operate advanced cardiac and life-support equipment (ventilators, central/arterial lines, CRRT).
• Monitor patients with cardiac assist devices (IABP, Impella).
• Serve as a clinical floor leader, directing and supporting RNs, LPNs, CNAs and staff.
• Collaborate with Providers and nurse leadership on care plans and discharge planning.
• Maintain meticulous electronic documentation of patient status and outcomes.
