Sterling St James Inc. is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) in Great Falls, Montana. This full-time, on-site role features 3x12-hour day shifts and a strong, collaborative team culture.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an ADN; BSN preferred.
• Active Montana RN license or compact/endorsement eligibility.
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS within 6 months of hire; TNCC/EPNC preferred.
• Post-graduate ICU/medical-surgical experience in cardiovascular patients.

Mansioni

• Provide high-quality direct clinical care to medical, surgical, and CV patients.
• Operate advanced cardiac and life-support equipment including ventilators and lines.
• Monitor patients and manage IABP/Impella and CRRT devices.
• Lead on the floor and coordinate with RNs, LPNs, CNAs and staff.
• Collaborate with providers and leadership on care plans and discharge planning.
• Maintain meticulous electronic documentation of status and outcomes.
