The role emphasizes supervising staff, developing protocols, and reporting on operations.

The position requires RN licensure, a BSN is preferred, and prior charge nurse or leadership experience is beneficial for guiding a high-acuity unit across night and administrative shifts.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in state of practice is required.
• Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in oversight of unit/department operations and staff.
• Lead and supervise nursing staff; coordinate patient care.
• Develop workflows and prepare operational reports; implement department protocols.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure high-quality patient care.
