OPEN JOB: Assistant Nurse Manager – CVICU
LOCATION: Baltimore, Maryland
BASE SALARY: $90,126 to $119,412
NOTE: This is a mid shift role 3-11PM / 5 weekdays per week (NO WEEKENDS). There is an option to flex this to 2PM-10PM or similar.
NOTE: There is a sign on bonus in lieu of relocation (paid in 2 installments). The sign on requires a 2 year commitment
IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 2 years of Hospital Nurse Leadership experience (they will consider a current Charge Nurse or Nurse Supervisor or Nurse Leader)
• Recent BEDSIDE experience is REQUIRED
• At least 2 years of CVICU experience
• Holds an MD RN license or a compact state license which could be endorsed in Maryland in 60 days of hire.
• BSN degree within one year of hire.

Unit Summary:
The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is a 29-bed unit which cares fora wide variety of adult patients who are critically ill, including but not limited toneurologic, respiratory, cardiac, renal, gastrointestinal, genitourinary as well as endocrine and otherconditions.
Job Summary:The Assistant Nurse Manager serves in a supportive role to theNurse Manager. This role has responsibility for daily coordination of resources to ensure quality service to all patients and their families
Requirements:

• Registered Nurse License - Current Maryland license or eligibility to obtain Maryland license
• Basic Life Support and ACLS Certificate
• 2 Years or more of relevant CVICU experience
• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing required
• At least 2 years of direct, relevant ICU experience
• 3 - 5 years of experience in Hospital Nurse Leadership
