Job summary

AdventHealth Littleton, a trusted Colorado healthcare provider, seeks an experienced ICU/Unit Nurse for night shift to deliver high‑quality patient care. You will coordinate care across departments, develop care plans, monitor progress, and ensure safety for a range of acuity patients.

Eligible clinicians can earn salary increases through our Clinical Ladder program; a $15,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates, with relocation support.

Qualifications

• Must have strong clinical decision-making and ability to adjust care plans.
• Proficient in Windows-based programs and electronic records.
• Supervisory experience and ability to lead a team.
• Current RN license and ongoing education to maintain licensure.
• Ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
• Comfort with participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care across PACU, inpatient units, Radiology, and anesthesia.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments and orders.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Manage daily schedules and endoscopy scheduling; ensure staffing and equipment availability.
• Prioritize patient needs based on acuity and urgency.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and health management.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and stabilize patients.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and unit operations.
