Job summary

Sign‑on and relocation support are available for eligible candidates. Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, care plan development, medication administration, patient education, and collaboration with the care team to ensure safe, high‑quality nursing care.

Qualifications

• RN license required
• BLS CPR certification required
• Associate's degree in Nursing required
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• 1+ acute care hospital setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and revise as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation in the medical record.
• Evaluate care plans and outcomes to drive improvement.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards compliance.
• Provide emotional support and therapeutic communication to patients and families.
• Supervise and delegate care to team members as needed.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and performance improvement activities.
• Respond to code situations promptly and effectively.
