You will collaborate with the Customs Brokerage team to ensure timely filing, billing, and compliance, offering responsive service to clients and maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

• Understanding of ocean, road and air documentation.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized and computer-literate.

Responsibilities

• Maintain smooth customs process flow.
• Enter data accurately into the system.
• Track and report customs files and billing.
• Interpret desk procedures for imports/exports and customer instructions.
• Transfer declaration information from documents into the entry system.
• Assist with verification and submission of declarations to authorities.
