You will work within a team to ensure proper handling of import/export procedures, billing accuracy, and maintenance of client data, contributing to efficient customs workflows and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely customs process flow

• Bill clients accurately and timely
• Understand import/export procedures per Desk Level Operating Procedure
• Transfer customs declaration information into the declaration system
• Verify declaration information and submit to customs authority
• Maintain compliance with regulations
