Qualifications

• 2 years of industry-specific qualification (country-specific)
• Fluent English required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to organize and manage time effectively
• Willingness to adhere to Expeditors training requirements (52 hours/year)

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of Expeditors systems/tools and use them to support branch operations
• Support the Branch Trainer to ensure new employees complete mandatory courses within 6 months
• Participate in monthly team meetings and promote teamwork across offices
• Ensure customs compliance and adherence to internal policies and procedures
• Assist customers and internal stakeholders to improve compliance and service quality
• Maintain professional and proactive communication with customers and service providers
