Qualifications

• 6–12 months of customs brokerage or related industry experience.
• 2+ years in CHB/operational support environment preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑focused mindset with ownership and accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
• Customs House Broker License preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers and provide timely, accurate shipment updates.
• Prepare and process U.S. Customs entries and PGA filings, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Open and manage entry files in line with KPIs and service standards.
• Coordinate clearance with freight forwarders, steamship lines, airlines, and CFS for timely release.
• Track inbound shipments from port/airport through final delivery.
• Upload required documentation and entry packages into systems.
• Complete customer billing, delivery orders, and operational reports.
• Maintain and update customer SOPs as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates to cover peak volume and cross‑train.
