Responsibilities

• Rate commercial invoices with tariff numbers.
• Provide required documents to government agencies.
• Verify arrival info with airlines/steamship lines/NVOCCs and origin.
• Prepare delivery orders and verify receipt with truckers.
• Assemble billing package and send to clients.
• Ensure timely entries and on-time freight delivery as per expectations.
• HTS classification and advisory.
• Other duties as needed.
