Job summary

General Noli USA Inc. is seeking an Import Specialist to join our Jamaica, NY team. This role focuses on managing ocean and air import shipments and coordinating customer communications within a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of experience in international freight forwarding, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. On-site role with potential hybrid flexibility after probation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in international freight forwarding.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently with accuracy and efficiency.
• Highly organized, self-motivated team player with multitasking ability.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel.

• Manage all aspects of import (ocean & air) shipment arrangements for a designated portfolio of accounts.
• Provide customer service and coordinate shipment authorizations, track cargo, issue arrival notices, verify buying/selling rate, billing and ensure timely delivery follow up.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of import (ocean & air) shipment arrangements for a designated portfolio of accounts
