The role focuses on accurate documentation, compliance checks, and maintaining client transaction records in a fast-paced environment.

You will prepare ISF entries, develop SOPs, and contribute to process improvements while using Outlook, Word and Excel to support team needs in a high-demand setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic understanding of Customs Process.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare entries for submission to U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
• Perform data entry and provide general administrative support.
• Manage daily email requests related to account transactions.
• Communicate with account managers regarding routine issues and inquiries.
• Prepare, review, and process documentation for U.S. Customs releases.
• Review import entry documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain, organize and update client transactional records.
• Prepare and submit ISF entries in a paperless format.
• Develop, document and maintain SOPs.
• Identify process improvements and support efficiencies.
