Job summary

Mohawk Global is seeking a CHB Coordinator to process customs entries and assist with daily brokerage operations. You will communicate with clients and CBP, review documentation for accuracy, and help ensure regulatory compliance on assigned accounts.

You will work under supervision to build proficiency toward independent account management while meeting KPIs and participating in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in customs brokerage, trade, or logistics.
• Familiar with U.S. customs entry processes and regs.
• Strong attention to detail and clear written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Process customs entries accurately and timely per client and regulatory standards.
• Review invoices, packing lists, and supporting docs for compliance.
• Communicate with clients, CBP, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and assist with billing/file completion.
