Qualifications

• Demonstrated accuracy in high-volume data entry.
• Strong reading comprehension to extract data from emails, portals and reports.
• Excellent organization to manage multiple deadlines and workstreams.
• Solid analytical skills to spot exceptions and reconciliation issues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
• Clear written communication for cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Record daily shipment information from pre-alerts and inbound reports.
• Monitor exceptions and daily holds.
• Maintain ISF filing information for ocean shipments.
• Perform track-and-trace research as needed.
• Record entry information from brokers' portals and reconcile with ACE data.
• Add daily and monthly statements; reconcile information twice monthly.
• Record export information and coordinate with teams across departments.
• Maintain classification information and the OGA/PGA/233 tariff data.
