Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in customs entry/processing.
• Proficiency with Excel and financial systems such as Cognos and SAP.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven; able to work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Process customs clearance with complete data and documents.
• Investigate and resolve operational or entry issues.
• Review client requirements including billing and related documents.
• Interact with CBP and other government agencies.
• Enter billing charges into the system.
• Support ISO audits and documentation updates.
