Job summary

Livingston International is seeking a Trainer to deliver and implement customs brokerage training for staff in the National Service Center and Client Service Centers across regions. The role reports to the Senior Director/Manager, National Service Delivery and collaborates with the North America Operations Training Manager.

You will design and deliver technical training programs, assess training effectiveness, and work with business leaders to identify regional learning needs.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience in training or customs brokerage
• Ability to design and deliver technical training programs
• Must be able to evaluate training effectiveness and adjust content

Responsibilities

• Work with business leaders to determine training needs.
• Proactively use metrics to determine regional training needs.
• Assist with the design and development of technical training programs and job aids.
• Deliver technical training programs to National Service Center and region employees including a small number of new hires.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the training delivered and report back to the business and make changes where appropriate.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures.
