Job summary

Livingston International is seeking a Trainer to deliver and implement technical skills focused on customs brokerage training for staff in National Service Center and Client Service Centers across multiple regions. The role reports to the Senior Director/Manager, National Service Delivery with dotted line to the North America Operations Training Manager.

You will work with business leaders to identify training needs, design programs, and deliver training to new hires while evaluating

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience.
• Associates degree or post-secondary education preferred.
• Active pursuit or completion of CCS designation is a requirement for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Determine training needs with business leaders.
• Use metrics to identify regional training needs.
• Assist design and development of technical training and job aids.
• Deliver technical training to National Service Center and regional staff.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and report findings.
