Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience.
• Associates Degree or post-secondary education preferred.
• CCS/CSCB or NCBFAA certification pursuit required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and implement technical training for staff in National Service Center and regions.
• Assess regional training needs with business leaders; design and develop programs and job aids.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs based on metrics and feedback.
• Support new hire onboarding with practical, hands-on training.
• Adhere to corporate policies and training standards.
