Job summary

Livingston International is seeking a Trainer to deliver and implement technical skills focused on customs brokerage training for staff across US regions from the National Service Center and Client Service Centers. The role reports to the Senior Director/Manager, National Service Delivery and collaborates with the North America Operations Training Manager.

You will design, develop, and deliver training programs, evaluate effectiveness, and adjust content based on business metrics.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience in customs/training
• Associates degree or post-secondary education preferred
• CCS certification in progress or obtained (CSCB/NCBFAA) is required or will be pursued

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs with business leaders
• Use metrics to determine regional training needs
• Design and develop technical training programs and job aids
• Deliver training to National Service Center and regional staff including new hires
• Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust as needed
• Adhere to established policies and procedures
