You will lead the import brokerage team, manage entries and regulatory compliance, monitor performance and billing, maintain SOPs, and support client reviews and account development, with a focus on training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Three-plus years' customs brokerage experience.
• Strong knowledge of US import clearance and regulations.
• Prior supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the import customs brokerage team.
• Oversee customs entries, clearances and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor operations, billing and department profitability.
• Maintain SOPs and improve processes, productivity and service levels.
