Job summary

Supply Chain Solutions in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Customs Brokerage Lead to direct the entry team's daily work and act as the go-to expert on entries. You will set priorities, assign tasks, and back up the Supervisor on daily operations; duties include rebalancing the queue and preparing or transmitting complex, high-risk entries.

A minimum of 4+ years of U.S. customs entry experience is required; a Licensed Customs Broker, CCS or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of U.S. customs entry experience.
• Licensed Customs Broker, CCS or equivalent preferred.
• Can explain the why, not only the fix, so errors don't repeat.

Responsibilities

• Assign and rebalance the daily queue among entry writers.
• Prepare and transmit complex or high-risk entries, including those with partner government agency requirements, special trade programs, or unusual commodities.
• Review entry writers' work and send it back for correction.
