You will direct customs activities, verify documentation, and drive KPI targets while coordinating with officials and internal teams. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Customs Brokerage or related field.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of customs regulations and import/export documentation.
• Experience in hiring, coaching, and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customs clearance activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure compliance with federal and foreign regulations for imports/exports.
• Verify tariffs, weight, volume, and documentation.
• Examine invoices, bills of lading, and customs docs.
• Establish and monitor clearance procedures and service standards.
• Administer policies and procedures consistently.
• Drive KPI performance and operational targets.
• Hire, coach, train, and develop staff.
• Assign workload and manage performance levels.
• Collaborate with customs officials and internal stakeholders to resolve delays.
