Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Customs Brokerage import experience.
• At least 3 years of leadership in a Customs Brokerage environment.
• CHB license or CCS certification required.
• Strong knowledge of import regulations, procedures, and brokerage operations.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Customs Brokerage team members.
• Oversee import clearance operations and customer service activities.
• Ensure compliance, billing accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Manage workload distribution, training, and performance reviews.
• Resolve operational issues while maintaining exceptional customer relationships.
• Partner with leadership to drive process improvements.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Customs Brokerage import experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience within a Customs Brokerage environment
• Customs Broker License (CHB) or Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) required
• Strong knowledge of import regulations, customs procedures, and brokerage operations
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• Proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and deliver results
