Job summary

Freight Appointments Ltd. in Atlanta seeks an experienced Customs Brokerage Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations of the customs brokerage team. You will oversee entry preparation, ensure regulatory compliance, and resolve complex clearance issues, while managing staff and KPIs.

The role requires 3+ years in U.S. Customs Brokerage and prior supervisory experience, with strong knowledge of CBP regulations and ACE systems. Salary up to $80,000 plus progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of U.S. Customs Brokerage experience.
• Previous Supervisor or Team Lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of CBP regulations, HTS, ISF, and PGA.
• Experience with ACE and customs brokerage systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily customs brokerage activities and team workloads.
• Oversee customs entry preparation, review, and submission.
• Ensure compliance with CBP, HTS, ISF, PGA, and import regulations.
• Manage customs holds, exams, releases, and clearance issues.
• Liaise with CBP, customers, carriers, and overseas offices.
• Train and support brokerage staff.
• Handle complex entries and classification issues.
• Monitor KPIs and improve processes and service levels.
