CEVA Logistics in Des Plaines, IL, is seeking a Customs Brokerage Data Analytics Lead to design and optimize business intelligence solutions that boost operational performance and compliance. You will translate requirements into actionable analytics and deliver scalable data insights.

The role partners with Operations, IT and stakeholders to drive improvements, develop dashboards, and advance automation using RPA and related technologies while leveraging advanced Excel and BI skills.

Qualifications

Experience with advanced Excel, Access databases, BI platforms, dashboard development, gap analysis, process automation, SharePoint solutions.
Business process improvement is critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Manage CAT data analysis, complex reporting, dashboard development, data visualization, workload distribution tools, operational metrics, and system performance monitoring.
Collaborate with Operations, IT, and stakeholders to identify process improvements and support CargoWise initiatives; lead automation efforts through RPA and related technologies.
Translate business requirements into actionable analytics, develop audit and performance reporting, support UAT testing, and deliver scalable data solutions.
