CEVA Logistics in Des Plaines, IL, is seeking a Customs Brokerage Data Analytics Lead to design and optimize business intelligence solutions that boost operational performance and compliance. You will translate requirements into actionable analytics and deliver scalable data insights.

The role partners with Operations, IT and stakeholders to drive improvements, develop dashboards, and advance automation using RPA and related technologies while leveraging advanced Excel and BI skills.

This individual will be responsible for translating business requirements into actionable analytics, developing audit and performance reporting, supporting UAT testing, documenting processes, and delivering scalable solutions that improve data quality, operational efficiency, and visibility across the Customs Brokerage organization. Experience with advanced Excel, Access databases, BI platforms, dashboard development, gap analysis, process automation, SharePoint solutions, and business process improvement is critical for success in this role.

Pay Range: 87,000 to 107,000

Hours: Monday - Friday 9 am- 6 pm
