Job summary

CEVA Logistics seeks a Customs Brokerage Compliance Manager to ensure full compliance with U.S. CBP regulations and import/export laws. You will lead compliance programs, internal controls, and audits while managing regulatory risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years of experience in customs brokerage or trade compliance.
• Licensed U.S. Customs Broker (LCB) preferred and related certifications a plus.
• Strong knowledge of CBP regulations, HTSUS, origin, FTAs, and classifications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with U.S. customs laws, CBP rules, and related agencies.
• Develop and maintain brokerage compliance policies and internal controls.
• Lead audits, investigations, and corrective action plans.
• Serve as primary contact for CBP and government agencies.
• Provide training and guidance to brokerage teams and stakeholders.
