Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of customs brokerage experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• U.S. Customs Broker License preferred or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily customs brokerage operations ensuring accurate, compliant clearance.
• Supervise staff, enforce CBP regulations, act as liaison with clients and agencies.
• Review and approve entries; train and mentor staff.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Support audits and internal compliance reviews.
