Job summary

Mixpanel is seeking a Delivery Engineer III to lead post-sales onboarding and data health for strategic customers, ensuring value from Mixpanel as teams embed it into their data stack. You will guide data integration from source to action, delivering on-time onboarding and building scalable AI-enabled workflows.

You will collaborate with GTM, engineering, and customer teams to align goals, improve data trust, and drive adoption of product analytics across the customer’s stack, fostering

Qualifications

• Experience querying, modeling, and transforming data with modern tools.
• Strong knowledge of databases and cloud data warehouses.
• Familiar with product analytics implementations (SDKs, CDPs, event streaming).

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and data health for strategic and high-value clients, including data quality improvements.
• Align with pre-sales to define business goals and metrics for data architecture.
• Engage with clients' engineering, product, and marketing to optimize deployments and trust.
• Deliver data architecture consultations, adoption, and change management best practices.
• Create scalable data governance practices and data trust for customers.
• Balance timelines, scope, and issues while delivering on deliverables.
• Collaborate with partners on data optimization and onboarding projects.
• Be a technical sponsor for internal Mixpanel teams to prioritize tasks.
• Build AI automations to help customers manage data at scale.
• Consult on integrating agentic workflows with Mixpanel data.
