Qualifications

• 6+ months cash handling experience required.
• 6+ months demonstrated customer service experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to identify and escalate concerns of risk.
• Follow directions, policies and procedures with attention to detail.
• Comfortable using digital tools to engage customers.
• Energetic, organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide an elevated level of customer service by welcoming customers and addressing banking needs.
• Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Handle cash and maintain an accurate cash drawer balance.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and risk management protocols.
• Cross-sell bank products to deepen customer relationships.
• Educate customers on self-service options using digital tools.
• Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support nearby branch locations as needed.
