Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Customer Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex customer programs across the data center landscape. You will serve as the main bridge among customers, engineering, product management, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and external partners to ensure programs stay on schedule, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Business, Operations or related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing complex technical programs or product development initiatives.
• Experience in data center, telecommunications, networking, electronics manufacturing, or tech industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional execution of strategic customer programs and initiatives.
• Develop integrated project plans, schedules, risk assessments, and resource requirements.
• Partner with engineering, operations, manufacturing, and suppliers to establish realistic execution plans.
• Track program milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical path activities.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could impact quality, cost, or delivery performance.
• Facilitate customer communications and provide regular program status updates.
• Support new product introduction activities and production ramp planning.
• Coordinate product qualification, testing, and deployment efforts.
• Develop executive-level reporting and program performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement of program management processes and best practices
