Globe P.O.S Systems Inc. seeks a Customer Technical Support Specialist (Administrative) in Montgomery, AL to assist with customer technical queries and service calls, and to support the operations team.

The role plans and performs version upgrades, on-site and remote, and provides on-call support on rotation, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will fulfill tasks as assigned by your direct manager.
